Credit Controller

Opportunity: Train to Become a Credit Controller Contract: Permanent Location: Lisburn Hours: Monday – Friday. Hybrid working available. The Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland.

Due to growth within the team, we have an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and train as a Credit Controller within our friendly and supportive Finance team based in Lisburn.

Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career. What you'll be learning and supporting in this role: Building positive relationships with customers to help manage outstanding payments.

Working with customers to resolve account and payment queries. Supporting the maintenance and improvement of credit control processes and systems. Maintaining accurate customer records and account information. Assisting with customer payment plans under the guidance of the Finance Manager.

Supporting the reconciliation of customer accounts and account records. Helping prepare and distribute customer statements. Assisting with the setup of new customer credit accounts. Developing an understanding of credit control procedures, financial processes and customer account management.

What will help you excel in this role: Previous experience in an administrative, customer service or office-based role. Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Good communication skills and confidence when speaking with customers and colleagues.

A willingness to learn and develop a career within Finance and Credit Control. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. AMRT1_UKTJ ...
