Customer Account Executive Location: Redditch, Worcestershire Salary: £40k - £45k per annum Hours: Monday to Friday | Full Time About the Role SourceCo Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Customer Account Executive to join a well-established specialist transport and logistics business operating within the live events, touring, entertainment and corporate sectors.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced commercial team, supporting customer accounts from enquiry through to project delivery while playing a key role in business development, account management and marketing.
You'll work closely with customers, Account Managers, Sales, Planning and Operations, ensuring quotations, bookings, customer communications and promotional activities are delivered professionally and efficiently. Alongside customer account support, you'll help promote the company's brand through social media, digital content, customer communications and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities Customer Account Management Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and day-to-day account support. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and industry contacts.
Deliver outstanding customer service across all interactions. Manage customer communications regarding quotations, bookings and operational updates. Support the retention and growth of existing customer accounts. Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate where appropriate.
