Customer Intelligence Solutions Lead - EMEA

Overview

In this role you will lead the Customer Intelligence proposition across EMEA, shaping positioning and market messaging for banking, insurance and the public sector. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior buyers, drive regional thought leadership, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Alliances to build scalable growth. You’ll influence global roadmaps by feeding regional insights and help customers achieve data-driven, trust-based outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA Customer Intelligence proposition, shaping positioning, messaging and target segments
• Guide sales opportunities and client programs as a regional expert for major financial institutions and government agencies
• Build the region’s voice through thought leadership, events, analyst briefings and client roundtables
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on campaigns, market/competitor analysis, and enablement materials
• Develop alliances to create scale, differentiation and regional pipeline
• Contribute to global strategy by feeding regional insights to Product, R&D and Solution Engineering
• Bridge market needs with the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy

Key requirements

• Deep expertise in customer intelligence, analytics, or data-led marketing in banking/financial services
• Credible with practitioners and executives, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly
• Strategic mindset with ability to build business cases and deliver demos or decks
• Curiosity about the technology, ability to articulate platform differentiators
• Good judgement and collaboration, with ability to engage colleagues, partners and clients
• Experience across several EMEA markets or languages is welcome but not required
