Demand Generation Manager - AI & DA

Overview

In this role you drive demand gen for Wiley’s AI, Analytics and Data solutions, shaping multi-channel campaigns and working closely with Sales to feed the pipeline. You’ll define audiences, optimize messaging, and measure impact to contribute to revenue goals. The role blends hands-on B2B marketing with data-driven decisions in a fast-growing team. You help scale campaigns and shape best practices in a mission-driven company focused on knowledge and learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run always-on, multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid social, content syndication, webinars, events)
• Define target audiences and ICPs using data to tailor campaigns to segments
• Plan campaigns around pipeline and revenue goals, using metrics like conversion rates and lead requirements
• Collaborate with Sales to set MQL criteria and improve lead quality and performance
• Create campaign briefs and adapt messaging for different audiences with marketing and creative teams
• Monitor campaign performance and pipeline contribution, report on lead volume and ROI
