This multi‐phase, high‐end residential development requires a dedicated professional to lead the technical aspects, ensuring the project meets the highest standards of quality and innovation. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Manage the technical delivery of a complex development incorporating housing and apartment elements, overseeing all phases from inception to completion.

Coordination and Collaboration: Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure technical aspects align with project goals and standards. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures, ensuring all work meets the developer's high standards.

Problem Solving: Identify, address, and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure the smooth progression of the project. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all technical work complies with relevant building regulations, codes, and health and safety standards.
