This scheme is a new project and the successful development manager will need to manage the detailed planning application for this complicated scheme.
You will be liaising with a team of consultants, the local authority and internal contacts to drive through a successful planning application. You will be able to create opportunities to increase density where able and work pro-actively to produce an iconic development.
You will join the Land, Planning and Investment team of this developer and you will have the highest level of expertise around you to support you in driving through a successful planning application in accordance with the bespoke design of the scheme.
