Through continuous internal R&D, we stay ahead of tech trends to keep our clients leading from the front. We are looking for an organised, collaborative Project Manager who thrives in the fast-paced world of digital sport.

You will join an industry-leading team, working alongside passionate colleagues and high-profile clients. The Role You will lead day-to-day relationships with key sports clients, overseeing projects across their full lifecycle, from initial strategy through to launches and post-launch optimisation.

Working alongside experienced designers, developers, and strategists in an agile setup, you'll drive projects that deliver maximum fan engagement on time and within budget. Responsibilities Partner with clients to translate business and fan-engagement goals into actionable technical requirements.

Author project documentation, including Statements of Work (SoWs), sprint plans and budget reconciliations. Facilitate agile delivery by leading sprint planning, stand-ups, retro meetings, and resource management. Track project progress, manage scope changes, and maintain tight budget control.

Troubleshoot delivery roadblocks with proactive, solution-oriented thinking. Provide light account management and ongoing support for clients. Ideal skills and experience 1–2 years of experience managing projects within a digital agency environment.

Deep curiosity for digital products, with a working knowledge of web/mobile tech, CMS platforms, and fan/ecommerce ecosystems. Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and delivery tools like Jira. Strong track record of tracking budgets, writing SoWs, and hitting deadlines.

Calm under pressure with a proactive delivery mindset. Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to stakeholders. Goodies We're a hard working, compassionate agency, with a fun outlook and a collaborative approach.
