Director, Corporate Strategy EMEA

Overview

In this Director role, you will shape Adobe’s long-term growth in Emerging markets by building the Corporate Strategy presence regionally and leading a high-performing team. You’ll oversee multiple project teams and sustain strong relationships with senior executives, accelerating transformational initiatives across the company’s legacy and new growth areas.

This position sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and executive leadership, offering high-visibility impact and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll partner with senior leaders to drive ambitious outcomes that align with Adobe’s growth trajectory and strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the regional presence of Adobe Corporate Strategy in Emerging markets
• Manage a high-performing strategy team and oversee multiple project teams
• Drive long-term growth initiatives and transformational change across Adobe
• Maintain relationships with senior executives across the company and provide executive exposure

Key requirements

• 10+ years of total professional experience with increasing responsibility
• 4+ years at a top management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman) including overseeing complex strategy projects
• Experience in Consumer Tech or Enterprise SaaS strategy projects; understanding of software industry and digital marketing/digital media is highly desired
• Industry experience in Technology with at least 2+ years in a senior role at a major tech company
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to see the big picture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with presence in front of senior executives
