As the business continues to scale toward becoming a £1bn+ enterprise platform, the quality, clarity and consistency of executive and investor communication becomes increasingly critical. We are hiring a Director of Investor Relations to help shape how the business is understood internally and externally, translating operational and financial performance into a compelling narrative for investors, lenders, the Board and Executive leadership.
This is a highly visible strategic finance leadership role combining executive reporting, investor communication, performance storytelling, and strategic insight. This role would suit an individual who combines strong financial and commercial acumen with exceptional communication and presentation capability, someone equally comfortable operating within the detail while also crafting high-quality Board and investor materials that influence decision-making and support valuation.
