Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are recruiting for: We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a permanent position based with our client in Rotherham Immediate start available (subject to interview process) Salary is £47,957 per annum (dependent on experience) The Role As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency of our production machinery. You will handle a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and rapid reactive breakdown response. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair

complex electrical faults on automated manufacturing machinery. Execute planned maintenance

schedules to minimize downtime and prevent breakdowns. Work on PLC systems

(fault finding and basic programming modifications). Maintain AC/DC drives , motors, sensors, and control panels. Collaborate with mechanical engineers

to resolve multidisciplinary equipment issues. Uphold strict health and safety

standards across the site at all times. What We Are Looking For Qualifications:

Level 3 electrical qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or an approved apprenticeship). Experience:

Proven track record in an industrial, manufacturing, or heavy engineering environment. Technical Skills:

Strong electrical fault-finding capabilities, including experience with PLCs and automated systems. Mindset:
