Electrical Project Manager | Renewable Energy | Belfast Vickerstock are pleased to be partnering with an established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy as they continue to expand their capability across the renewable energy sector.
Due to an increasing workload and a growing pipeline of wind, solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects, they are seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join their Belfast team and support the successful delivery of renewable energy projects across the UK.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer or Project Manager looking to take greater ownership of project delivery while developing their career within the rapidly expanding renewable energy sector.

You will be responsible for: Managing the delivery of electrical engineering packages across wind, solar PV and BESS projectsCoordinating projects from feasibility and planning through detailed design and constructionManaging project programmes, deliverables and key milestonesCoordinating electrical design activities alongside civil, structural and environmental disciplinesActing as a key point of contact for clients, contractors and project stakeholdersReviewing technical information and supporting the resolution of engineering and construction issuesManaging project risks and ensuring technical deliverables are completed in line with programme requirementsSupporting stakeholder engagement and project reporting throughout deliveryContributing to the continued growth and successful delivery of the consultancy's renewable energy portfolioWhat you will need to succeed as Electrical Project ManagerTechnical and project experienceA degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering or a related discipline would be advantageousPrevious experience delivering electrical engineering, energy or infrastructure projectsExperience managing projects through design and construction stagesStrong understanding of electrical engineering principles and project deliveryExperience within wind, solar, BESS or wider renewable energy projects would be particularly advantageousCandidates from either consultancy or contractor backgrounds will be consideredPersonal attributesStrong project management and organisational skillsConfident client and stakeholder communicationA proactive and solutions-focused approach to project deliveryCommercial awareness with the ability to manage competing project prioritiesAbility to coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary engineering teamsWhat's in it for you?
