Electrical Supervisor – West London Location: West London Sector: Residential Construction / Electrical Contracting Employment Type: Contract Rate: £300 per day Duration: 1 Year Minimum Site: Single Site We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join an established and growing specialist electrical subcontractor working on a major residential development in West London.

This is a strong long-term opportunity for an Electrical Supervisor looking for stability on one site , working as part of an experienced delivery team on a large-scale residential project. The role will involve supervising electrical installations, coordinating electricians and subcontractors, monitoring progress and ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate electrical installations across the development Manage and support electricians and electrical subcontractors on site Monitor progress and ensure works remain on programme Ensure electrical works comply with drawings, specifications and current regulations Carry out regular quality inspections Coordinate with the Site Manager, Project Manager and other trades Identify and resolve technical issues on site Ensure health and safety procedures are followed Complete site documentation, inspections and reports Assist with snagging, testing, commissioning and handover Monitor workmanship and subcontractor performance Support the wider site team with day-to-day electrical delivery Requirements SSSTS – Essential Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor Strong background in electrical installation and construction Residential, housing or apartment development experience preferred Experience supervising electricians and electrical subcontractors Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and installation standards Good communication and organisational skills Strong understanding of site health and safety Relevant electrical trade qualifications Package £300 per day 1 year minimum West London Single-site position Major residential development Long-term work with an established specialist electrical subcontractor Opportunity for continued work following successful delivery
