The RoleYou will work as part of a large, collaborative national team, advising a diverse and prestigious client base across a wide range of employment matters, including: Complex advisory work for major employersStrategic workforce change programmes and reorganisationsEmployment tribunal and civil litigationSensitive investigations and employee relations issuesGlobal mobility and cross border employment mattersLarge scale DSARs and compliance projectsDelivering high quality client training and value added servicesYou will work closely with senior practitioners across the UK, gaining exposure to high profile, business critical work.
Candidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a solicitor who can demonstrate:3+ years PQE in employment law (flexibility for candidates above or below this level)Strong technical knowledge across contentious and non contentious employment mattersConfidence managing a complex and varied workloadAbility to work directly with clients and within a large, collaborative teamCuriosity, self motivation and a commitment to continuous learningCurrent SRA registrationThe TeamThe employment team is widely recognised for its expertise and industry involvement, advising FTSE 100 and 250 companies, major public sector organisations, fast growth businesses, non profits and senior executives.
