Employment Law Solicitor Liverpool / Manchester | Hybrid Working On behalf of our client, a well‐regarded and established law firm with offices in Liverpool and Manchester, we are recruiting for an Employment Law Solicitor to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified solicitor up to 3 years PQE who is looking to develop their career within a supportive, progressive firm known for its strong culture and high-quality legal work. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of employment law matters, acting primarily on behalf of claimants.
The role offers a broad range of contentious employment work, with the opportunity to further develop advocacy and litigation skills.
Key responsibilities include
Managing a varied caseload of employment law matters from instruction to conclusion Advising and representing claimants on employment-related disputes Handling employment litigation matters, including Tribunal claims Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and legal documentation Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements The firm is keen to speak with solicitors who are confident managing their own matters and who thrive in a collaborative team environment.
