About your new roleOur market leading HR Rely Team advises employers across the UK on all aspects of employment, pensions and immigration law. As an Associate within the HR Rely Team you will manage a mixed caseload of employment work including advocacy, and provide HR employment law advice to clients. Main duties and responsibilitiesManage a mixed caseload of employment workProvide HR employment law advice to a wide range of clientsConduct advocacy at Employment TribunalsAssist other members of the team with their caseloads as appropriateDraft and prepare letters, e-mails, documents, tribunal responses, bundles, witness statements and reportsDraft articles and legal updatesAssist with business development initiatives including training and networkingProduce monthly and ad-hoc client MI reportsWork in accordance with client and internal SLAsWork in accordance with Weightmans' values and proceduresAchieve set financial and chargeable targetsAbout YouYou will have previous experience and a genuine and demonstrable interest in the above area of work.
