Your work will include: Advising clients on the full spectrum of employment law issuesHandling employment tribunal matters and litigationDrafting contracts, policies, settlement agreements, and other employment documentationSupporting junior colleagues through mentoring and guidanceGetting involved in business development and client relationship buildingThis is a great role for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a visible impact within a growing team.
Candidate RequirementsQualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in employment lawConfident managing your own caseload with minimal supervisionStrong drafting, advisory, and client care skillsA positive, team focused approach with excellent attention to detailHighly organised, resilient, and able to work to deadlinesExperience or interest in immigration law is an advantageWhy Join?
