Senior Employment Solicitor Our client is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to establish and lead a new specialist Employment Law department within a well-established, highly regarded regional law firm. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to shape and develop a high-performing team, with responsibility for recruiting, mentoring and supporting junior colleagues as the department grows.
The Role Advise clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Manage your own caseload while ensuring financial and performance targets are achieved. Supervise, mentor and develop junior solicitors and support staff.
Play a leading role in the recruitment and growth of the Employment team. Contribute to business development, networking, marketing and the development of strong client relationships. Key Skills & Experience Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE in employment law.
Strong technical expertise across a wide range of employment matters. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. Commercially aware with a pragmatic, solution-focused approach. Proven track record of meeting financial and performance targets.
