The role sits within a market-leading global practice and part of a broader people-focused group covering the full spectrum of workforce related legal advice, advising global businesses across a range of sectors including financial services, retail, media, technology, transport and food and beverage.
Stepping into this role, you can expect a broad mix of high quality work ranging from HR advisory, global project work, corporate and M&A support, restructuring, DEI projects, investigations, advice on senior exits and outsourcing.
You will also work on large global projects with other lawyers across the firm internationally. The role is ideal for an employment lawyer who enjoys maintaining client relationships alongside contributing to business development and thought leadership.

Required Experience, Skills and Attributes Good academic record. Extensive knowledge of employment law and experience advising large businesses on employment related matters. Transactional support experience. You will ideally have experience of working with international clients.
