We're looking for a proactive and organised Field Service Planner / Engineering Scheduler to coordinate engineers, schedule customer visits and ensure service operations run efficiently.
You'll be the key link between customers and field-based engineers, managing schedules, handling changing priorities and helping deliver outstanding customer service.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of Daily Planning and Scheduling of Engineers / Field Service Engineers
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Systems such as SAP
Experience in planning, scheduling, administration, customer service or coordination would be ideal, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
