Were looking for areliable, customer-focused Estates Officer / Street Wardento join a busy housing teambased in Newark. Youll act as theeyes and ears of the council across local estates, carrying out inspections, engaging with residents and reporting issues to help keep neighbourhoods safe, clean and well managed. Key
duties
Estate and neighbourhood inspections Engage with residents and report concerns Identify repairs, ASB, fly-tipping and environmental issues Check communal areas and vacant properties Litter picking and minor DIY/maintenance Maintain records and escalate issues
What were looking for
Customer-facing experience Reliable, dependable and comfortable working outdoors Good communication and community engagement skills Practical/DIY ability Full UK driving licence and confident driving a van What's on offer: £20£22 per hour (Umbrella), depending on experience Initial 6-month contract with potential to extend Company van provided Immediate interviews and quick start Location & Travel The role isbased in Newarkand involves travelling acrossestates and neighbourhoods in the local area.
