ESTIMATOR £75,000 - £100,000 | LONDON Sector: Building Services Project Types: Commercial Fit-Out / Shell & Core Employer: Leading Tier 1 Contractor THE BUSINESS A well-established Tier 1 building services contractor is expanding into a new division, creating an opportunity for an experienced M&E Estimator to join the business.

The new division will concentrate on shell & core and commercial fit-out developments, targeting a growing portfolio of major projects across London. POSITION OVERVIEW This appointment will support the pre-construction function, with responsibility for the preparation and submission of competitive mechanical and electrical tenders.

You will work across a variety of project enquiries, taking ownership of estimating activities and liaising with internal teams, suppliers and specialist subcontractors throughout the tender process. The successful candidate will ideally have: A proven background in M&E estimating.

Experience within a building services contracting business. Knowledge of commercial fit-out and shell & core developments. Experience preparing detailed tender submissions and cost plans. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical installations.

Experience engaging with suppliers and subcontractors. The ability to manage multiple tender deadlines. THE PROJECT ENVIRONMENT The division will focus on commercial construction schemes across London, covering both shell & core and fit-out packages.
