Experience: Minimum 3 Years in a Similar EA or Senior PA RoleRole Info: You'll be an experienced EA who makes themselves invaluable - not by doing what you're told, but by knowing what needs doing before you're asked.

You'll take charge, make things happen, and be trusted with real judgement calls. Results and attention to detail should be second nature, and you'll have the knack of second-guessing what the senior team needs before they've asked. A year from now, you will have had a great year if: You've measurably reduced the workload of key senior team membersYou've made meetings more efficient and effectiveYou've removed bottlenecks in communication and workYou've taken real, time-consuming personal tasks off a Director's plate and seen them through properlyThe senior team trust you with judgement calls, not just tasksThe Role - EA Responsibilities (c.80%):Complex diary and inbox management for multiple senior people, with the judgement to prioritise, filter, and act on their behalf within agreed limitsActing as a first point of contact and gatekeeper protecting Directors' time and attentionAttending key meetings, taking minutes, and making things happen after meetings chasing actions, not just recording themPreparing presentations, reports, and board/investor-ready materialsProject managing initiatives end-to-end to reduce senior team workloadEvent organisation, from internal team events to external/trade eventsResearch and analysis to support decisionsSupporting the onboarding of new team members (credit/reference checks, contracts, documenting process)Representing a Director in meetings or communications when requiredExcellent organisational and communication skills, professional and pleasant mannerVery high attention to detailThe Role - Personal Support (c.20%):Practical, time-consuming personal life admin and logistics for a Director for example house-hunting and moving, personal appointments, or other tasks that would otherwise eat into time running the businessScope and priorities agreed directly with the Director, and expected to change over time as personal circumstances doFull discretion and confidentiality with personal information, exactly as you'd apply to business informationWhat Success Looks Like & How We'll Work Together: You'll have a direct line to the Director(s) you support and will be briefed verbally on priorities, not just by email - email is not a to-do list here, so we'll make sure you're never chasing an inbox for directionYou'll be given clear decision-making boundaries: what you can decide and act on yourself, and what needs a quick check-in first - so you're empowered, not guessingRegular short briefings rather than long, infrequent meetingsThe Reward for You: As one of the UK's fastest-growing travel and franchise companies, the opportunities for you to grow your role and responsibilities are endless.

Additional hours may be required to support senior managers whilst at overseas events, and you may be required to attend these events for further support. Ability to travel to UK-based 'out of office' meetings and events is required; travel to overseas events is not required but is desirable.
