Youll be involved in some of the most interesting parts of executive search, working closely with senior consultants and learning how high-level searches are delivered. Your day-to-day will include: Market Mapping Research industries and identify the key players and talent within them Research & Analysis Conduct detailed market and competitor research to uncover insights Candidate Engagement Build relationships with senior professionals and understand their career goals Client Interaction Join client meetings, provide market updates and help deliver search projects Industry Expertise Develop deep knowledge of the investment banking and financial services market Business Development Support senior consultants with developing new opportunities and growing client relationships International Networking Build relationships with professionals and businesses across global markets Who Are They Looking For?
