The Role
Executive Search ConsultantAs a consultant, you will become an expert in your market, supporting clients and sourcing top talent in the Investment Banking & Hedge Funds space. These are the key responsibilities :Industry Research : Identify key trends and developments to inform client strategy.
Market Mapping : Analyse organisations and identify talent pools across the sector. Candidate Sourcing : Use platforms, databases, and outreach to engage high-calibre professionals. Client Communication : Deliver insightful reports, candidate profiles, and regular updates throughout the hiring process.
