Temporary Facilities Assistant required for Holywood Co Down Salary: £29,071 per annum Temporary Assignment with Potential for Extension Monday to Friday Reed Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Temporary Facilities Assistant to join a busy and professional organisation based in Holywood.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and works well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Setting up rooms and event spaces, including moving tables and chairs Preparing meeting and event areas, including arranging pre-prepared food and refreshments Assisting with the movement and distribution of supplies across the site Carrying out building and cleaning inspections to ensure high standards are maintained Escorting and assisting contractors around the premises Supporting kitchen and canteen areas, including light cleaning and stock replenishment Assisting with the management of bin stores and waste disposal areas General facilities support duties as required The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, hospitality, cleaning, warehouse, or a similar support role Able to undertake manual handling activities Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach Reliable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team To apply or find out more, please contact Reed Recruitment today and speak to Donna, or submit an up to date CV via the Apply link ...
