You’ll be joining a well-established and forward-thinking firm that places genuine emphasis on training, development and colleague wellbeing. Working from the firm's Exeter office on a hybrid basis, you’ll gain exposure to a varied caseload while building your expertise in Private Family Law within a collaborative environment.
What you’ll be doing
Managing a broad range of privately funded family matters Advising clients on divorce and separation, financial remedy proceedings, TOLATA and Schedule 1 Children Act disputes Handling child arrangements matters and urgent injunction applications Building strong relationships with clients while delivering exceptional levels of client care Working collaboratively with colleagues whilst developing your own caseload and expertise
About you
