Senior Family Solicitor Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Job Type: Full time, Permanent A well established and respected law firm in Doncaster is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Family Solicitor to join its established Family Law team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Family Solicitor with strong experience in Matrimonial and Private Finance matters to take on a high quality caseload and play an important role within a successful Family department.

The role would suit an experienced Family Lawyer who is confident managing complex matters independently and wants to continue developing their career within an established Doncaster law firm . The Role You will manage a varied caseload of Matrimonial, Financial Remedy and Private Finance matters, acting for clients throughout the full life cycle of their cases.

Your responsibilities will include

Managing a caseload of Matrimonial and Family Law matters Advising clients on divorce and separation Handling complex Private Finance and Financial Remedy matters Advising on the division of matrimonial assets following relationship breakdown Dealing with high value and complex financial matters Drafting and negotiating financial settlements Advising on property, pensions, investments and other matrimonial assets Preparing and negotiating consent orders and financial agreements Representing clients throughout financial remedy proceedings Building and maintaining strong client relationships Providing clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Family team Supporting and mentoring junior members of the department where appropriate About You You will be an experienced Family Solicitor with a strong background in Matrimonial and Private Finance work.

You will ideally have: Significant experience in Matrimonial and Family Law Strong experience handling Private Finance and Financial Remedy matters Experience managing your own complex family law caseload Strong technical knowledge and excellent drafting skills Confident negotiation and advocacy skills Excellent client care and communication skills A commercially minded and strategic approach Strong organisation and attention to detail The ability to work independently and contribute effectively to a wider team A genuine interest in developing your career within a successful Family department What’s on Offer?
