Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesInstall and commission machine tools and related equipment at customer sites;Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities;Diagnose technical and mechanical/electrical issues and provide effective solutions;Carry out machine inspections, testing, and performance checks;Support customers during machine start-up and production ramp-up phases;Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting both on-site and remotely;Complete service reports and technical documentation accurately and on time;Collaborate with internal departments for spare parts, technical support, and service planning;Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures during all service activities;Support customer training activities related to machine operation and basic maintenance;Maintain a professional relationship with customers during service interventions;Travel regularly across the UK and occasionally abroad if required.-
