Job Description Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with a well-established specialist contracting group in South Yorkshire, recruiting a Finance Manager. This role will be a number 2 role, reporting straight into the Head of Finance and will take ownership in overseeing the month end and year-end financial reporting cycle, lead and develop the Management Accounts team, and act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders across the business.
This is a business continuing to evolve and innovate, the Group has been investing heavily in improving the way it operates, and the finance function has recently undergone a significant transformation, with processes being streamlined, made more efficient and increasingly automated.
This allows for the incoming Finance Manager to be part of this next exciting chapter rather than simply maintaining the status quo. It will be a varied role with duties to include: - Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management accounts. Lead the preparati
