This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, purpose-led organisation supporting globally focused, grant-funded programmes. Working closely with senior leaders and international stakeholders, you'll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial controls, donor reporting and audit processes across a complex, multi-country environment.
Key responsibilities include
Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planningProducing insightful management accounts and financial analysisOverseeing month-end, year-end and audit processesManaging grant and donor reporting requirementsCash flow, reserves and financial risk managementBusiness partnering with senior leadership and programme teamsDriving process improvement and strong financial governanceAbout you: CCAB-qualified accountant (essential)Proven Finance Manager/Head of Finance level experienceStrong background in the charity, NGO, international development or grant-funded sectorExperience of donor-funded programmes and grant reportingExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsComfortable working across multiple entities, countries and time zonesWhat's on offer?
