Job Description FINANCE MANAGER — PRIDE PARK, DERBY — UP TO £50,000 A well-established, growing organisation in the care sector is looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of month end and day-to-day finance. This is a hands-on role with real scope to shape how the finance function runs.
THE ROLE You'll lead on month-end reporting for the senior team, then keep the day-to-day finance function running accurately and on time. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare monthly management accounts — P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and commentary Support budgeting, forecasting and year-end accounts alongside external accountants Manage day-to-day finance, including bank, supplier and customer reconciliations Oversee payroll, purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control Monitor cash flow and aged debt WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ACCA, CIMA, ACA or AAT Level 4 qualified Experience in a Finance Manager or Management Accountant role Confident producing management accounts and running month end independently Strong Excel skills; Xero experience an advantage BENEFITS Company pension Free on-site parking Structured induction and ongoing CPD support Genuine progression opportunities as the business grows SALARY & LOCATION Up to £50,000 per annum, Pride Park, Derby Apply now to find out more about this Finance Manager opportunity.
