This role is ideal for a qualified accountant who combines strong technical expertise with proven team leadership experience. You'll play a key role in ensuring reporting accuracy, driving continuous improvement and supporting the ongoing development of the finance team.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals Oversee month-end and year-end processes Review management accounts and financial reporting Strengthen controls, processes and reporting quality Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives Support finance projects and business change The Person Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Strong management accounting background Proven people management experience Excellent technical accounting knowledge Experience delivering process improvements and leading change This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a visible leadership role with genuine scope to influence and improve finance operations.
