2.ToensurelegislativecompliancefortheCouncil?sfleetinaccordancewiththetermsoftheOperator?sLicence,VehicleandOperatorServiceAgency(VOSA)andDepartmentforTransportprovidingessentialandvitalsupporttofrontlineserviceswithoutwhichtheCouncilcouldnotdeliveressentialservices.
3.ToberesponsibleforbuildingmanagementofdepotsusedinthedeliveryofCityServices. 4.TotaketheleadandhaveoverallresponsibilityforHealth&SafetyacrossCityServices. 5.ToleadoncommercialisationwithinFleetandTechnicalareasofresponsibilityandwhereverpossiblemaximiseincomegenerationacrossCityServices.
6.Tomanageallresourcesproactivelyandcreatively,demonstratinganopenandresponsivestyleofleadershipinpeoplemanagementwhichactivelysupportspositiveemployeeengagement.
