FM Cleaning Supervisor Salary: £29,350 + Company Van Location: Mobile – Regional Coverage Contract: Permanent | Monday – Friday We are recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management provider, overseeing cleaning operations across multiple client sites.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, responsible for managing frontline cleaning teams, maintaining service standards and ensuring contractual requirements are achieved. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support cleaning teams across multiple sites.

Conduct site inspections, quality audits and compliance checks. Ensure cleaning standards, KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved. Manage staffing, absence, recruitment and operational cover. Support periodic deep cleans and emergency cleaning requirements.

Maintain strong client relationships and resolve service issues. Monitor consumables, equipment and stock levels. Requirements Previous supervisory experience within Cleaning, Soft Services or Facilities Management. Experience managing frontline teams.

Strong organisational, communication and customer service skills. Flexible approach to working hours and travelling between sites. Full UK Driving Licence essential.
