Travel Card Provided Hours: Monday to Friday The Opportunity We are currently seeking a skilled Foot Mobile Engineer to join a growing engineering team covering a portfolio of commercial properties across Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for either an electrically or mechanically qualified engineer looking for a varied role across multiple sites. You will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance while providing a high level of service to clients and building occupiers.
Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites Diagnose and repair faults on electrical and mechanical building services equipment Maintain plant including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, lighting, power, and associated systems Conduct routine inspections and ensure plant is operating efficiently Complete maintenance reports and update CAFM systems accurately Liaise with site contacts, tenants, and contractors professionally Ensure all works are completed in accordance with health
