FS Regulatory Associate (Non-Contentious)

Overview

In this role you will support a mid-sized City law firm’s non-contentious FS regulatory practice, with focus areas such as fintech, challenger banks, and payment and lending platforms. You will advise on FCA/PRA rules and the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, contributing to a high-quality, varied workload. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver practical regulatory guidance for financial services clients. Responsibilities

• Advise on non-contentious FS regulatory matters across fintech and payments/lending platforms
• Provide guidance on FCA/PRA Handbook and FSMA 2000 requirements
• Contribute to a high-quality, varied FS regulatory practice within the firm
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver practical regulatory solutions to clients

Key requirements

• 3–6 PQE
• UK in-house or private practice FS regulatory experience; if from in-house, must have post-qualification experience in a UK law firm
