Overview

In this role you will lead global talent and employee experience initiatives at Sulzer, shaping how the organisation attracts, engages, develops and retains people. You’ll drive cross-border projects, partner with HR and leaders, and evolve talent technology to enhance onboarding, internal mobility and listening programmes. You’ll turn ideas into scalable solutions that improve the employee experience and support Sulzer’s global talent strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead global talent and employee experience initiatives (Voice of Sulzer, Talent Marketplace, Internal Mobility).
• Improve experience of recruitment-to-development processes for employees and candidates.
• Partner with HR and business leaders worldwide to deliver talent projects and drive continuous improvement.
• Support evolution of talent technology, including Workday.
• Shape talent attraction strategies and ensure recruitment processes support business success.
• Turn ideas into practical, scalable solutions to improve employee experience across Sulzer.

Key requirements

• Broad HR background with experience in Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, HR Transformation, HR Consulting, or HR Project Management.
• Excellent project leadership capabilities and track record of delivering tangible results.
• Strong relationship-building and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to drive independent initiatives.
