The client with an annual turnover of 20m is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business as they have multiple projects currently ongoing as well as at tendering stages.
Duties
Optimising contract profitability Provide quotations to clients for variations Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks Accurate monthly cost and value reports All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity SurveyorRequirements: Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks Time management skills and meeting deadlines Experience in value engineering Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint Remuneration: Up to 60,000 p.a Car allowance Paid Holidays Pension Scheme
