An established and highly regarded independent bakery group with three locations across East London, known for exceptional quality, craftsmanship and creativity. They're looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead their London Fields kitchen, combining an exciting seasonal lunch offering with the production of their signature toasties across multiple sites. This is a brilliant opportunity for a creative restaurant or hospitality chef looking to move away from late evenings without compromising on food quality or menu development. What you'll get up to? Lead and develop a small kitchen team of three Create and deliver a regularly changing seasonal lunch menu Develop exciting dishes, from brunch-inspired plates to salads and soups Oversee toastie production for three bakery locations Work closely with the Executive Chef on menu development and costing Maintain excellent food quality, consistency and presentation Manage stock, ordering, GP targets and kitchen operations Collaborate with the wider bakery and front-of-house teams What are they looking for?
