As part of the Grinsty group, Monitran Ltd complements these operations by producing vibration and displacement sensors for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance, enhancing the group’s overall technical expertise and product range.
Role Purpose The Head of Group Engineering is responsible for leading and overseeing all engineering functions across the group, ensuring the development and delivery of high‑quality, innovative products that meet customer requirements and support business growth.
This role ensures alignment between Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Quality teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification, while driving continuous improvement and technical excellence across the group.
