Head Of Operations (Cladding / Facades) £60,000 - £65,000 + Company Car / Allowance + 33 Days Holiday + Medicash + Progression + Training Nottingham Are you a Head of Operations or similar with a background in cladding, facades or insulation looking to join a prestigious company, with a fantastic reputation, where you will manage and oversee all technical operations with further progression to directorship level?
Do you want to join a company that will value your growth with in house training on EWI systems, as well as offering a generous salary package and car allowance or vehicle? In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the technical support and operations.
This will involve liaising with Service and Lab Managers, as well as directors, managing the technical hub and technical services, risk management, oversight of system maintenance and lead the development of specifications for projects Founded in the 80's, this manufacturer pride themselves on delivering excellent quality construction products across the UK, with dynamic growth plans to become a leader in their sector.
They are rapidly growing and have developed a fantastic reputation over the years. This role would suit a Head of Operations or similar with experience working with cladding and insulation projects, looking to take on a lead technical role and oversee large scale projects.
The Role
Oversee technical support and operations Liaise closely with the Lab and Service Managers and directors Managing the technical hub, services and risk Oversight of system maintenance and lead developments of specifications Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-5pm and Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. 37 hours per week
