This role offers the chance to influence health, safety and environmental performance through strategic projects, policy development, auditing and continuous improvement initiatives. /p p br /p p strong The Group HSE Advisor will be responsible for: /strong /p p br /p ul li Supporting the delivery of the Group HSE Strategy, driving key strategic objectives and contributing to the organisations journey towards zero harm. /li li Developing and implementing HSE policies, procedures and guidance to support both regulatory compliance and best practice. /li li Undertaking assurance activities, including audits, action tracking and reporting, to support governance and continuous improvement. /li li Leading and supporting HSE projects, conducting site visits and collaborating with operational and HSE teams across multiple locations. /li /ul p br /p p strong The Group HSE Advisor will have /strong /p p br /p ul li NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent). /li li 2-3 years HSE experience gained within an industrial, infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics or other high-risk operational environment. /li li Experience developing or implementing HSE policies, procedures and management systems. /li li The ability to analyse risk, identify improvement opportunities and support the delivery of strategic HSE objectives. /li /ul p br /p p strong Vacancy Reference: PR/029436 /strong /p p strong Vacancy Owner: Mike Roebuck | mike.roebuck@shirleyparsons.com | (+44) 1296 611328 | (+44) 7967 308455 /strong /p
