p Health Safety Environment Advisor /p p United Kingdom (Hybrid) /p p £50,000 + Car Allowance /p p br /p p We are seeking a proactive strong QHSE Advisor /strong to provide Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental support across a busy operational and project environment.
This role will support construction activities, project delivery, compliance programmes and environmental initiatives, helping teams work safely and effectively while meeting legal and organisational requirements. /p p br /p p Key Responsibilities /p ul li Provide day-to-day QHSE advice and support to operational and project teams. /li li Maintain accurate QHSE records, reports and compliance documentation. /li li Support incident investigations, audits, inspections and corrective actions. /li li Assist with environmental compliance, including waste management, pollution prevention and site inspections. /li li Review key project documentation, including risk assessments and method statements. /li li Support project teams with construction safety and CDM compliance requirements. /li li Promote a positive safety culture and environmental awareness across the business. /li /ul p br /p p About You /p p strong Essential /strong /p ul li NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent). /li li Experience supporting health safety and/or environmental compliance activities. /li li Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. /li li Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. /li li Organised, proactive and able to manage changing priorities. /li /ul p strong Desirable /strong /p ul li NEBOSH Construction Certificate. /li li Environmental qualification (IEMA Foundation or equivalent). /li li Knowledge of ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001. /li li Experience in facilities management, construction, telecoms, utilities or multi-site operations. /li /ul p br /p
