the role
Provide technical support to dealers, customers, and internal colleagues via telephone, email, and CRM. Investigate faults and help identify appropriate solutions. Advise on repairs, servicing, and product maintenance. Support warranty and product-related enquiries.
Liaise with workshop and service teams to ensure queries are resolved efficiently. Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication. Maintain accurate records and case notes. Required Skills
