Job Description Technical Helpline Advisor Annual Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Location: Camberley Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday Are you mechanically minded and enjoy solving problems? We are seeking a Technical Helpline Advisor to join a leading manufacturer of outdoor power equipment.
This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in bicycles, garden machinery, small engines, automotive, tools, or similar products who is looking to transition into a customer-focused, office-based role. Day-to-day of
the role
Provide technical support to dealers, customers, and internal colleagues via telephone, email, and CRM. Investigate faults and help identify appropriate solutions. Advise on repairs, servicing, and product maintenance. Support warranty and product-related enquiries.
Liaise with workshop and service teams to ensure queries are resolved efficiently. Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication. Maintain accurate records and case notes. Required Skills &
Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Confidence in speaking to customers by telephone and email. Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
A proactive approach to problem-solving. The ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
