Home Manager - Supported Accommodation

• Home Manager Supported Accommodation Location: Prescot (L34) or Orrell Park (L9)
• Salary: £38,300£39,850 per annum (DOE & qualifications)
• Hours: Full Time, Permanent 40 hours per week

Our client is looking for an experienced Home Manager to lead a Supported Accommodation service for young people aged 1618 leaving care.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive organisation and play a key role in helping young people develop the skills and confidence to live independently.

The Role Lead the day-to-day running of the service.

Manage, support and develop the staff team.

Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance.

Build positive relationships with young people and partner agencies.

Promote independence and positive outcomes.

• Working Pattern 40 hours per week
• 24 administrative hours
• 1 support shift per week
• 1 sleep-in per week

Requirements Previous management or deputy management experience within supported accommodation or residential childcare.

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Good understanding of safeguarding and supporting young people leaving care.

Relevant qualification desirable.

Full UK driving licence preferred.

What's on Offer £38,300£39,850 per annum, depending on qualifications.
