Full paid training is provided. What You'll Be DoingAs a Homecare Assistant, you'll support people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes by: Providing personal care with dignity, compassion and respectSupporting clients with medication administrationAssisting with daily routines and personal wellbeingPreparing meals and drinksCarrying out light household dutiesEncouraging independence and confidenceSupporting clients with hobbies, interests and community activitiesPromoting clients' health, safety, wellbeing and reporting any concernsEvery visit gives you the opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone's day.
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for people who are: Caring, kind and compassionateReliable and committedExcellent communicators with a positive attitudeAvailable to work weekdays and alternate weekendsHold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle (essential)Previous care experience is welcome but not essentialwe provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing support.
