This role will focus on housing finance and portfolio transactions, acting for Registered Providers, lenders, and security trustees on large-scale projects across the UK.The successful candidate can expect to work on high-value matters including security charging, property portfolio transactions, and complex due diligence projects.
From mortgaging portfolios to advising on large-scale housing finance deals, you'll be playing a key role in transactions that directly support communities nationwide.
The Role
Assist with large security charging and due diligence projectsDraft and negotiate Certificates of Title, reports on title, and condition precedent documentationManage smaller property finance and portfolio transactions with partner supportSupervise and mentor junior fee earners on property preparation and transaction processesOversee title reviews, Land Registry applications, rectification work, and transaction managementSupport business development through client events, training, and pitchesCandidate
Requirements
