Responsibilities

• Lead design development from concept to construction on residential, commercial, education, industrial and logistics schemes
• Direct and review technical output, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Act as primary client and architect liaison to secure project alignment and smooth sign-off
• Drive digital delivery through integrated modelling and coordination within workflows
• Shape office growth and mentor junior staff with a pathway to senior leadership
• Support project delivery with a hands-on engineering approach and quality control
• Collaborate with directors and multidisciplinary teams to maintain technical excellence

Key requirements

• Chartered or near-chartered structural engineer
