Are you a confident HR professional with a passion for employee relations and making a real impact on the ground? Were looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing site. This role is offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a difference every day. NB: This is a Monday to Friday, site based role!
What Youll Be Doing
Managing employee relations cases Leading end-to-end recruitment on site Driving employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives Coaching and up-skilling line managers Supporting various projects and initiatives Partnering closely with trade unions and senior managers
What Were Looking For
Strong experience in end to end employee relations (day to day & complex cases) Proven ability to build relationships at all levels, and with unions Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment or similar Comfortable using HR systems and MS Office CIPD qualified (or equivalent) desirable but not essential Why Apply?
